Where do I download the App?
The app is available on both Android and Apple Stores, by searching for the keyword The Grand Resort.
I have downloaded the App, now what?
First register the app and create a login. Select the mobile key and check-in button and select create an account You will have to enter an email and create a password. The app will send an email to the address you provided for verification.
What if I didn’t receive the verification email?
Check your junk email folders and spam filters. If it is still no there, contact the front desk at 330-856-1900 ext 1101.
I have tried to check-in on the App, but it says failed, now what?
Your reservation must have a valid credit card on file. If the card failed to authorize for room, tax and $50 incidentals it will not allow you to check-in. Stop at the Front Desk to verify.
How do I share a digital key with other members of my family?
To gain access, all individuals should login to the app with your login credentials.
I am not currently a guest at The Grand Resort, can I still access the App?
Absolutely! You can check-out the current packages, events and updates so you can stay in the loop.
